IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPETITION

(1) The organizer offers the competition without the participant having to make a monetary contribution; however, it makes its service - conducting the competition with the participation of the participant - dependent on a consideration from the participant. As a contribution to participating in the competition, the participant declares his consent to the processing of his email address for the purpose of direct advertising by the organizer. This consent to the processing of the personal data mentioned is the contractually owed consideration by the participant for participating in the competition.

(2) According to Section 21 Paragraph 2 of the GDPR, the participant has the right to object at any time to the processing of his or her personal data for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is associated with such direct advertising. The revocation can be sent to the organizer at any time by email to info@wolfgangs.de; the participant will not incur any costs for the revocation other than the transmission costs of the revocation according to the basic rates.

(3) If the participant objects to the processing of his or her personal data for direct marketing purposes, the participant’s personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.

(4) If the participant objects before the competition has ended, the participant will not take part in the competition. The objection will have no effect on competitions that have already been completed and any winnings that the participant may have received.

(2) Competitions via a WOLFGANGS Facebook fan page and all partner sites (wolfgangs classic) have no connection with Facebook and are not sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook in any way. The recipient of the information provided by the participants is not Facebook, but WOLFGANGS. All questions, comments or complaints about a competition should be directed exclusively to WOLFGANGS. Participants cannot assert any claims against Facebook in connection with participation in a competition.

(1) The organizer conducts the competition “December 2022” (the “Competition”) in connection with the contents of WOLFGANGS, in particular on the Internet, in which the participants can win a non-cash prize (the “Prize”) by participating.

(2) To take part, the participant simply fills out the competition form at https://wolfgangs.de/pages/gewinnspiel-dezember-2022. Alternatively, you have the option of commenting on the respective competition daily post on the WOLFGANGS Instagram page. You therefore have two opportunities to take part per competition day, although each person can only win once.

(3) The competition will take place from December 1st, 2022 to December 24th, 2022 inclusive.

(4) The winners will be determined and notified after the competition has ended. Depending on the method of participation, the winners will be contacted by email or Instagram direct message.

(5) The organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular if proper execution is not possible for technical or legal reasons. In this case, claims by participants against the organizer are excluded.

(1) The prize is provided by the organizer, who is the sponsor within the meaning of Section 657 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

- There is a prize to be won every day during the competition period: something from the WOFGANGS range. The prize can be redeemed using a voucher code that is valid for use on wolfgangs.de.

    (2) The prize will be distributed, depending on the method of participation, by email or by direct message on Instagram. Only voucher codes for use on wolfgangs.de will be awarded as prizes. These are then only activated for the respective daily price. The winner must use the voucher code to order the prize independently on the Wolfgangs website.

    (1) Two winners will be drawn from all participants every day during the competition period. A total of 48 people will win. Each person can only win one prize or one prize once during the competition.

    (3) The purchase of products or services from WOLFGANGS has no influence on the chance of winning.

    (4) Participation via service companies specialising in competitions, competition clubs or automated participation procedures, in particular competition computer programs, is excluded.

    (5) Furthermore, persons who are employees of the organizer or who were employees of the organizer up to one year before the start of the competition and their family members are excluded from participation.

    (6) Each participant may take part in the competition multiple times, but is only entitled to win once. However, multiple participation increases the chance of winning.

    (7) If there is suspicion of manipulation, false information or any other important reason, the organizer is entitled to exclude the respective participant from participating in the competition.

    (3) In the event of revocation, the participant data will be blocked immediately. In this case, the participant can no longer take part in the competition.

    (1) Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provision.

    (2) Legal recourse is excluded.
