(1) The organizer of the competition is “WOLFGANGS GmbH”.

(2) Competitions via a WOLFGANGS Facebook fan page and all partner sites (wolfgangs classic) have no connection with Facebook and are not sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook in any way. The recipient of the information provided by the participants is not Facebook, but WOLFGANGS. All questions, comments or complaints about a competition should be directed exclusively to WOLFGANGS. Participants cannot assert any claims against Facebook in connection with participation in a competition.

(3) The WOLFGANGS competition, which is advertised on Dr. Michael Tsokos’ Instagram page, has no connection with Dr. Michael Tsokos and is not sponsored, supported or organized by Dr. Michael Tsokos in any way.

The recipient of the information provided by the participants is not Dr. Michael Tsokos , but WOLFGANGS. All questions, comments or complaints about a competition should be addressed exclusively to WOLFGANGS. Participants cannot assert any claims against Dr. Michael Tsokos in connection with participation in a competition.

(1) The organizer conducts the competition “ Insta-Competition Dr. Michael Tsokos ” (the “Competition”) in connection with the contents of WOLFGANGS, in particular on the Internet, in which the participants can win a non-cash prize (the “Prize”) by participating.

(2) To participate, the participant must follow WOLFGANGS’ Instagram page “wolfgangs_de”.

(3) The competition will take place from December 3rd, 2022 to December 11th, 2022 inclusive.

(4) The winners will be randomly chosen after the competition has ended and notified via Instagram direct message.

(5) The organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular if proper execution is not possible for technical or legal reasons. In this case, claims by participants against the organizer are excluded.

(1) The prize is provided by the organizer, who is the sponsor within the meaning of Section 657 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

(2) The prize will be distributed by sending it to an address specified by the winner within the Federal Republic of Germany or Austria.

(1) The winners will be drawn at random from among all participants after the period specified in section 2 (3). A total of 10 people will win. Each winner will receive one of the 10 prizes.

(1) Natural persons who have already reached the age of 18 and who can prove that they are resident in the Federal Republic of Germany or Austria are entitled to participate in the competition.

(2) To participate, the participant must follow WOLFGANGS' Instagram page "wolfgangs_de".

(3) The purchase of products or services from WOLFGANGS has no influence on the chance of winning.

(4) Participation via service companies specialising in competitions, competition clubs or automated participation procedures, in particular competition computer programs, is excluded.

(5) Furthermore, persons who are employees of the organizer or who were employees of the organizer up to one year before the start of the competition and their family members are excluded from participation.

(6) Each participant may take part in the competition several times, but is only entitled to win once.

(7) If there is suspicion of manipulation, false information or any other important reason, the organizer is entitled to exclude the respective participant from participating in the competition.

(1) Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provision.

(2) Legal recourse is excluded.
