Unless otherwise agreed, goods shall be delivered by shipping to the delivery address specified by the customer. The delivery address specified in the seller's order processing shall be decisive for the transaction. If the transport company returns the shipped goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer shall bear the costs of the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery or if they were temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered, unless the seller had given them reasonable advance notice of the service. Furthermore, this does not apply with regard to the costs of the delivery if the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal. In the event of effective exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer, the provisions set out in the seller's cancellation policy shall apply to the return shipping costs. For logistical reasons, collection by the customer is not possible.
